Delivery

We deliver to the destinations available for your items at checkout. Availability and rates depend on the product, size and delivery address. We cannot promise that every product is available in every country.

Delivery charges

Your available delivery options and charges are shown before you complete payment. Where free standard delivery is available for your basket and address, it will be shown at checkout. Express delivery, where offered, may cost extra.

Timing

Check the estimated delivery time on the individual product page. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need an item for a particular occasion, email will@bemorenigel.com before ordering so we can check the timing with you.

For personal commissions, the brief, total price, delivery charges and expected delivery date are confirmed before payment.

Problems with delivery

If your order is late, missing or arrives damaged, contact will@bemorenigel.com with your order number. Please check that your delivery address is correct when ordering and contact us promptly if it needs changing.
